Description

A delicious and creamy Apple Crumble Biscoff Cheesecake with a crunchy topping, perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups diced apples (about 2 medium apples)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, Biscoff cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Add sour cream and mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. In another bowl, toss the diced apples with cinnamon and lemon juice. Spread the apple mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apples, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  8. In a small bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, and Biscoff spread. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  9. Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
  11. Afterward, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  12. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a twist, try adding chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts to the crumble topping for extra crunch.
  • You can also substitute the apples with pears or peaches for a different fruit flavor.
