Description
Bacon Cheddar Onion Bombs are delicious meat-filled pastries that combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon, all wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, bacon, chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Take a generous scoop of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each triangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely.
- Place the filled dough bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
- Let the bacon cheddar onion bombs cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika to the beef mixture.
- You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
