Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 large waffle cones
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cook the tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon, diced pickles, ketchup, and mustard into the beef mixture. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Take a waffle cone and fill it with a layer of tater tots, followed by a generous scoop of the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Repeat the filling process for all six cones, placing them upright in a muffin tin to hold their shape.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each cone.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
