- 1 cup hot brewed coffee
- ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream

- 2 tablespoons whole milk (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
- Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Stir in the hot coffee and Baileys Irish Cream until fully combined. The batter will be thin.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, mixing until combined.
- Add the Baileys Irish Cream and milk to the frosting mixture and beat until smooth and spreadable.
- Once the cake has cooled completely, frost the top with the chocolate Baileys frosting.
