Ingredients
- 2 medium heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and pour the marinara sauce over the roasted cauliflower. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly on top.
- Add dried oregano and red pepper flakes, if using. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
