Description
Deliciously crispy baked potato wedges seasoned with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.
- Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wedges from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking, then pat them dry.
