Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato).
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
