  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix well.
