Description

A delicious and layered dessert combining bananas, whipped cream, vanilla pudding, and chocolate syrup, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
  3. In a large trifle dish or individual serving cups, layer half of the crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Add half of the sliced bananas on top of the graham crackers, followed by half of the crushed pineapple.
  5. Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the pineapple, then drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, bananas, pineapple, pudding mixture, and chocolate syrup.
  7. Top the trifle with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
  8. Finish with a generous dollop of whipped cream and top each serving with a maraschino cherry.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat pudding mix and whipped topping instead of heavy cream.
  • Add a layer of your favorite ice cream between the pudding and fruit layers for an extra indulgent treat.
