- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. Set aside.
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken pieces and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Bread the Chicken: In a separate bowl, mix flour and cornstarch. Dredge each marinated chicken piece in the flour mixture, then coat with panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Fry Until Golden Brown: Heat canola oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken pieces in batches for 4-5 minutes per side, or until crispy and fully cooked. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Coat with Sauce & Serve: Toss or drizzle the crispy chicken with the Bang Bang sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a baked version, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Make it healthier by using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise in the sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheated in an oven for crispiness
