Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, and romaine)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
- Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the salad and toss until all the ingredients are well coated.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
