Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 package (8.8 ounces) Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and Biscoff cookie spread until smooth and well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture until fully combined.
  5. Layer the trifle by placing a layer of crushed Biscoff cookies at the bottom of a trifle dish or individual cups.
  6. Add a layer of the Biscoff cream mixture, followed by a layer of the vanilla pudding. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the Biscoff cream on top.
  7. Refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set.
