Description
Biscoff Trifle is a delightful layered dessert featuring creamy Biscoff cookie spread, whipped cream, and vanilla pudding, all topped with crushed Biscoff cookies.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 package (8.8 ounces) Biscoff cookies, crushed
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and Biscoff cookie spread until smooth and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture until fully combined.
- Layer the trifle by placing a layer of crushed Biscoff cookies at the bottom of a trifle dish or individual cups.
- Add a layer of the Biscoff cream mixture, followed by a layer of the vanilla pudding. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the Biscoff cream on top.
- Refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set.
- Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
- You can also add fresh fruit like sliced bananas or strawberries between the layers for added flavor and texture.
