Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a smoky flavor, add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika to the seasoning mix.
- To make it a complete meal, serve the roasted cauliflower over cooked quinoa or brown rice.
