Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
