Chocolate Coating:

Blend Filling: Combine coconut, thawed blackberries, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a food processor. Blend until thick and sticky.

Form Bars: Line a 5×7-inch dish with parchment paper. Press the coconut-blackberry mixture firmly into the dish. Freeze for 1–2 hours until set.
