Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine or champagne, chilled
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

- To serve, fill each champagne flute halfway with the blackberry-orange mixture.
- Top off each glass with chilled sparkling wine or champagne.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling water or a non-alcoholic sparkling wine for the champagne.
- Experiment with other fruits like strawberries or raspberries for different flavor profiles.
