Description

A refreshing dessert that combines layers of cream cheese, blueberries, and graham crackers, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup additional whipped topping for topping
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled graham cracker crust. Top with 1 cup of fresh blueberries, spreading them evenly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour the pudding over the blueberries and spread it evenly.
  5. Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the pudding layer, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  6. Spread the additional whipped topping over the cream cheese layer. Garnish with the remaining 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, to allow the layers to set.
  8. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a fruity twist, substitute blueberries with raspberries or strawberries.
  • Add a layer of lemon curd between the cream cheese and pudding layers for a zesty flavor.
