A refreshing dessert that combines layers of cream cheese, blueberries, and graham crackers, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup additional whipped topping for topping
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled graham cracker crust. Top with 1 cup of fresh blueberries, spreading them evenly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour the pudding over the blueberries and spread it evenly.
- Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the pudding layer, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Spread the additional whipped topping over the cream cheese layer. Garnish with the remaining 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, to allow the layers to set.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.

- For a fruity twist, substitute blueberries with raspberries or strawberries.
- Add a layer of lemon curd between the cream cheese and pudding layers for a zesty flavor.
