  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup croutons (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by blanching the broccoli florets. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the broccoli, and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and immediately transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then drain again and pat dry.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled broccoli, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes.
