Ingredients
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the bowl with the tomato mixture and gently toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
