Ingredients
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced Brussels sprouts and chopped romaine lettuce.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the salad and toss gently until all ingredients are well coated.
