Description

Bubblegum Cloud Fudge is a sweet and colorful treat that combines the flavors of bubblegum with creamy white chocolate and fluffy marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup bubblegum flavoring (or to taste)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper for lining the pan

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, salt, and bubblegum flavoring. Adjust the flavoring to your preference.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed.
