Bubblegum Cloud Fudge is a sweet and colorful treat that combines the flavors of bubblegum with creamy white chocolate and fluffy marshmallows.
Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup bubblegum flavoring (or to taste)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- Cooking spray or parchment paper for lining the pan
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, salt, and bubblegum flavoring. Adjust the flavoring to your preference.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
