Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
