Ingredients
- 2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced ham, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, and green onions. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until all the ingredients are well coated.
