Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your campfire or grill to medium heat. If using skewers, soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Brush each triangle with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the buttered side of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, creating a spiral shape.
  6. Thread each rolled-up dough onto a skewer, leaving some space between each roll for even cooking.
