Ingredients
- Brownie mix (plus ingredients required on the package)
- Cream cheese: 24 oz (softened)
- Granulated sugar: 1 cup
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Large eggs: 3
- Sour cream: 1/4 cup
- Heavy cream: 1/4 cup
- Caramel sauce: 1/2 cup (plus extra for drizzling)

Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Base
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into the greased pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer
- Lower oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Blend in sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
- Add the Caramel Swirl
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie base.
- Drizzle 1/2 cup of caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.
- Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the caramel into a marbled pattern.
- Bake the Cheesecake
- Place the springform pan on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
- Turn off oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill and Garnish
- Once at room temperature, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
