Description

A delicious layered dessert combining rich brownie, creamy cheesecake, and sweet caramel.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brownie mix (plus ingredients required on the package)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and allow to cool completely. Once cooled, cut the brownies into small squares.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. In a trifle dish or individual serving glasses, layer the ingredients starting with a layer of brownie squares.
  5. Follow with a layer of the cream cheese mixture, then drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped pecans if using.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  7. Top the trifle with whipped cream and drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, try adding a layer of crushed Oreos between the brownie and cream cheese layers.
  • You can substitute the caramel sauce with chocolate sauce for a different twist.
