Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream and heavy whipping cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the caramel sauce, toffee bits, and vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- If using, sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the ice cream mixture.
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top for garnish.
- Slice and serve immediately, enjoying the creamy, crunchy, and sweet flavors.

- For a chocolate twist, substitute chocolate ice cream for vanilla.
