Description
Cheesy Beef Nacho Wraps are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that combines seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, and fresh toppings wrapped in a flour tortilla.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions, usually about 2-3 minutes.
- Warm the nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the cooked beef mixture onto each tortilla, followed by a generous drizzle of nacho cheese sauce.
- Top each wrap with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and a dollop of sour cream.
- If using, sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil and keep warm in a low oven until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce to the filling.
- Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option, or use black beans for a vegetarian version.
