Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  3. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  5. Add the sautéed Brussels sprouts and cooked bacon to the cheese mixture. Stir until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
