Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Take a lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the leaf.
- Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling and enjoy as a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and filling. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing taste.
