Description

A delicious Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli filled with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey mozzarella cheese, all wrapped in pizza dough and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12×16 inches.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, sealing the edges as you go.
  6. Place the rolled stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg.
  7. Cut a few slits in the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
