Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup roasted cashews
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.
- Add the roasted cashews to the bowl and gently toss the ingredients together until well mixed.
