Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare and Season the Chicken:

- Cook the Bacon:

- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil or butter in the same skillet.
- Add seasoned chicken strips and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Make the Creamy Mustard Sauce:
- Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits for extra flavor.
- Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and whole-grain mustard.
- Let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine and Simmer:
- Return the cooked chicken, bacon, and mushroom mixture to the skillet.
- Stir to coat everything in the creamy mustard sauce.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Serve and Garnish:
- Spoon the chicken and sauce over pasta, rice, or another side of your choice.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for added flavor and color.
