Description

A decadent dessert featuring layers of brownie bites, chocolate pudding, caramel sauce, and whipped cream, topped with chocolate chips and nuts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups brownie bites (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding by whisking together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. In a large trifle dish or individual serving cups, layer half of the brownie bites at the bottom.
  3. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the brownie layer.
  4. Spoon half of the chocolate pudding over the caramel layer.
  5. Add half of the whipped cream on top of the pudding layer.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining brownie bites, caramel sauce, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream.
  7. Finish by sprinkling chocolate chips and chopped nuts on top for garnish.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a layer of crushed chocolate cookies between the layers.
