- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- Pour the biscuit batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
- For best results, serve these biscuits warm with a drizzle of honey or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
- You can substitute the chocolate chips with dried fruit or nuts for a different flavor profile.
- For a richer taste, try adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the batter.
