Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
  6. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  9. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  10. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the milk, stirring until smooth.
  11. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the pie.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes
