Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup red and green sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Graham crackers or fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the crushed gingerbread cookies, mini marshmallows, and half of the sprinkles and pecans (if using).
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and shape it into a Christmas tree shape using a spatula.
  6. Decorate the top of the dip with the remaining sprinkles and pecans.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve with graham crackers or fresh fruit for dipping.
