Ingredients
- 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
- 2 large grapefruits, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the orange and grapefruit segments, pomegranate seeds, spinach, red onion, feta cheese, and walnuts. Gently toss to mix the ingredients without breaking the fruit.
