Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer French Toast Bites are a delicious and easy breakfast treat, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 4 slices of bread)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and gently toss to ensure all pieces are coated. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Place the soaked bread cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the bread cubes.
  5. Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the bites are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the French toast bites from the air fryer and immediately toss them in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon) until well coated.
