Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer French Toast Bites are a delicious and easy breakfast treat, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 1 cup bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 4 slices of bread)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and gently toss to ensure all pieces are coated. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the soaked bread cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the bread cubes.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the bites are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the French toast bites from the air fryer and immediately toss them in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon) until well coated.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy warm!

- For a chocolate twist, add mini chocolate chips to the bread mixture before air frying.
