- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Stir in the frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, sautéed vegetables, flaked tuna, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier option, substitute whole wheat noodles and Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Add diced bell peppers or mushrooms for extra veggies and flavor.
