A refreshing and creamy dip made with cucumbers and cream cheese, perfect for serving with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 medium cucumber, finely diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Add the finely diced cucumber, chopped green onions, dill, lemon juice, and garlic powder to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For added crunch, mix in some finely chopped bell peppers or celery.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier twist.
