Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (plus extra for garnish)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
