Ingredients
- 2 medium heads of green cabbage, cut into wedges
- 4 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Add the cabbage wedges to the bowl and toss them in the oil mixture until they are well-coated.
- Arrange the cabbage wedges in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Pour the vegetable broth around the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the cabbage and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if using. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
