  • 2 medium heads of green cabbage, cut into wedges

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  3. Add the cabbage wedges to the bowl and toss them in the oil mixture until they are well-coated.
  4. Arrange the cabbage wedges in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Pour the vegetable broth around the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet.
