Ingredients

  • 16 large white mushrooms, stems removed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them generously.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top of each stuffed mushroom.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
