Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, blue cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  2. Form the cheese mixture into a ball shape using your hands. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  3. Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine the chopped pecans and dried cranberries. Roll the cheese ball in the pecan and cranberry mixture until fully coated.
  5. Place the cheese ball on a serving platter. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with crackers, sliced apples, or celery sticks.
