Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Slider buns (for serving, optional)
- Lettuce (for serving, optional)
- Cheese (Swiss or cheddar works great, for serving, optional)
- Cranberry sauce or mayo (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape mixture into small patties (about 2–3 inches wide).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil.
- Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
- Place patties on slider buns. Add cheese, lettuce, and extra cranberry sauce or mayo if desired.
