Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
