Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 2 cups grapes, halved
- 1 cup bananas, sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, and bananas. Gently toss the fruit together to mix evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit mixture and gently fold until all the fruit is coated with the dressing.
- Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
