Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 pre-made 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 4 Oreo cookies, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies, reserving a few for garnish.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cheesecake to set properly.
- Before serving, garnish with the remaining Oreo cookies, crushed or whole, as desired.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder to the peanut butter mixture before mixing in the whipped cream.
- Substitute the graham cracker crust with an Oreo crust for an extra layer of flavor.
