Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 pre-made 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 4 Oreo cookies, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  5. Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies, reserving a few for garnish.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
