Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and eggs.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple (with juice), vanilla, and pecans. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
