Ingredients
Crescent Roll Base:
- 2 tubes of refrigerator crescent rolls
Creamy Herb Spread:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons dill weed (or 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped)
Toppings:
- 1 small head of broccoli, chopped into small pieces
- 3/4 cup matchstick or shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, diced small
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced small
- 1 English cucumber, diced small
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep the Base:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread crescent roll dough onto a large cookie sheet, pinching seams together to form a solid crust.
- Bake as directed on the package, then let it cool completely.
- Prepare the Creamy Herb Spread:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and dill until smooth.
- Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread the creamy herb mixture evenly over the cooled crescent roll crust.
- Layer the veggies in this order: broccoli, cucumbers, yellow bell peppers, red bell peppers, and carrots.
