Ingredients

  • 8 cups fresh mushrooms, cleaned and halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
  3. Add the halved mushrooms to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the mixture.
  4. Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
